This is not a bug report, as last time I learned this isn't how one reports bugs. Had some complex art I was working on and shifted attention to simpler art to have it still persist.ĭon't be confused. Transferring slides or editing polygons can make the program freeze under conditions containing about 10-20 objects maybe more minimum. I've enabled autosave again to compensate for this, and although this latest version now saves faster for my previously grievous save times (and apparently added a flower auto shape) this doesn't nearly help the fact I need to save so often it's extremely paranoid. Recovery "Saving your document now" does not actually save your document now, just like the previous versions and is the kind of thing that was occasionally prone to invoking freak accidents that'd make me lose as much as 5 or 6 hours of work. Saving while corrosion is visible in the program's state causing crashing, always. Tested this just doing some correcting on some designs and suddenly outlines vanished on key objects, spread to the next slide, they became replaced with 2 tiny gray rectangles, and then the program straight up froze shut.
Just browsing presentations causes the stability of the program to corrode within a time frame measurable in minutes, and not a lot of them at that.
Issues previously experienced with fill property nulling out has now spread to line property, except it now also happens inside its detailed window and kills its recognition of outline with simultaneously. This is not an acceptable product, period, and here's a listing of my issues as to why: Since installing 4.1.0 Impress and most likely drawing have been massively destabilized. I could not be more disappointed frankly. Figured Apache was going to be doing some consider caliber debugging.
